Refunds
Rutherford - Gardens.com is committed to total customer satisfaction. Due to the wide variety of products we offer, the individual return policies vary. However, unless noted in the product description, items which ship via UPS can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 10 days of receipt by customer. Any broken or defective items will be replaced without cost to the customer.

Returns

Please e-mail us at rutherfordgardens@yahoo.com as soon as a return becomes necessary. We will advise you as to the procedure. Returns without an authorization number will be subject to additional 25% handling and restocking fee.
